GC "MAXIMUM" bought 100% of shares of LLC "NeoTrans"
At the end of April 2018, Repetek LLC, a member of MAXIMUM Group of Companies, completed a deal to acquire a 100% stake in the authorized capital of Neotrans LLC, the company of the owner of railway rolling stock.
This company owns, on the rights of ownership and financial lease, a fleet of 570 units. profile for GC Maximum wagons: grain carriers, fitting platforms and universal platforms. According to the First Deputy General Director M.A. Kunaev, the Neotrans LLC park is well known for the Group, because for several years most of it was leased to the Maximum Group of Companies, the average age of which is 3-5 years.
For Maximum Group of Companies, the acquisition of a company with a profile fleet "on board" was another logical step in the strategy to increase the existing type of park and diversify the park in operating by type of ownership.
Recall that in December 2017, the Group has already acquired ownership of a company with a fleet of railway cars, having established control over JSC "ZMK-Trans".
